US Gov moves 54 billion SHIB to wallet

Oh great another term, haha, what the heck was a wallet? Was it a good sign that the government owns SHIB even? I have no clue and it doesn't say for how long the government owned it. So today will be a bit of a study day for me finding out about wallets, if you need one even. I also need to do some investigation as to what is done regarding paying taxes on a sale, for that matter how to even sell it hahaha. I am getting the impression it is no different than how our regular stocks over the years has been done but need to dig a bit deeper to see.
